- we really welcome your queries.  We are a small family business (but hope to get much bigger through working with you) so we aim to provide you with good customer service - so no call centres or hassle.  

Please note between the 6 & 7 august our phonelines will not be manned but we will be checking emails during this time - items will not be dispatched until we return .  However due to N Ireland holiday some (but not all) items may be delayed - you will be advised on the items impacted by this.


Our baby products and other items are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order, or next working day after weekends or holidays. If your order is within the UK you will receive your order within 3-5  working days of dispatch.  If your order is international we aim to deliver within 5 working days and generally use Royal Mail Airmail.   We always dispatch with insurance. We use a range of carrier methods depending upon the item - if your item is large it will be via courier and once the order is received the courier will be in touch with you to arrange a time. Please note the courier will attempt delivery three times and if you do not respond to their correspondance about missed delivery the item will be returned to the warehouse and there will be an additional charge for redispatch, and we will charge you in addition for the original dispatch charges.  Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the dispatch service but we do keep a close eye on  their performance.

Delivery of Bloom baby loungers and highchairs is within 3-5 working days both throughout Ireland and the UK.  

UK

The cost for postage/courier of goods to the UK, including Northern Ireland, for orders £50 and under is £3.75.   Goods over £50 are free postage to the UK.  Some items going outside mainland UK and Scotland have an additional charge,  these will be indicated on the website where possible.

Babybill has a secure banking page and has a merchant account - this means that no one sees your bank details.   Baby Bill has also a merchant account which indicates that the babybill team have undergone a review process to ensure that their finances are in good order.  Further assurance to you that you are dealing with a legitmate established trader.




Republic of Ireland Postal Charges

The cost for postage to addresses in the ROI, for orders between £10-£40 is £6.00.
The cost for goods over £40 and under £100 is £7.00.  However, heavy items such as wheelybugs and the kiddimoto range are £12.00 postage.   All items are delivered within 3-5 days.

Custom/Import Duty 
Any customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Changing your mind
Baby Bill wants to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase and so, in line with the safe buy code, you have a 7 day cooling off period.    If you wish to return the goods no reason is necessary, but we do need you to tell us in writing (an e-mail will suffice). This is to ensure we can keep track of who is returning what item.

However, if you ask us for additional discounts on items or price match the change of mind policy does not apply and we will only offer replacement of items if items are faulty.
 
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returned goods unless they are in their original undamaged packaging and unused.  If this is not done, we cannot give you a refund. You will also need to cover the cost of the return of the item to us.  We always advise customers to ensure they have proof of postage (this is free from the post office) in case the item gets lost in the post.  You will be refunded the cost of the item only.  In the case of items posted under our free post promotion you will also pay for the outward post of the item (at cost)  and you will be refunded the difference. 

Returns must include details of the original purchase including your name, address and order number.

Exchanged Goods
We are happy to exchange items but you need to let us know you are doing this in writing (by email) and the goods must be returned to us in their original undamaged packaging and unused.   Return postage must be included and if you purchased goods under the free postage promotion you will be charged for outward posting costs if you wish to exchange.


Faulty Goods
Should any item you purchased from us prove faulty then please contact us either by email carolmagill@btinternet.com
or by telephoning us 02890854402. You may need (but sometimes a photograph is sufficient) to return the goods to us and in this circumstance we will refund both the postage and the cost of the goods once we verify that there has been a fault. In line with the, safe buy code, reasonable care must have been taken when using the goods.

Guarantee:

The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.

 

Data protection:
We store and process customer data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1998. 

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam) we only send out items about specific promotions we run.
